Terms of service

1. The service

ManyManyLogos (manymanylogos.com) is an AI logo generation service operated by It Matters Lda, Rua Vieira Pinto 109, 4430-254 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal. Generating and previewing logos is free. Downloading logo files (SVG, PDF, PNG) requires an active paid subscription.

2. Your account

You need an account to save work and to subscribe. You are responsible for your account and for providing accurate information. One person per account; automated or abusive use is not permitted.

3. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in euros: EUR 9.99 a month or EUR 69 a year, VAT included where applicable. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the paid period.

If a yearly plan renews automatically, you can end the renewed contract at any time with one month of notice, and we refund the unused part of what you paid for the renewed period.

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase: ask within 14 days of paying and we refund it in full, no reason needed.

4. Cancelling your contract

You can end your subscription from your billing page, or without logging in through the cancellation page linked in the footer of every page (Cancel contract). An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you claim an important reason for ending the contract early (an extraordinary termination), tell us the reason on that page and a human reviews it.

We confirm every cancellation request by email with the date and time we received it and, for processed cancellations, the date your contract ends.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, the law lets you ask for immediate access before the 14 days are over; at checkout we ask for exactly that consent, and you acknowledge that the statutory right ends when you download files. We record and answer every withdrawal declaration either way.

The 14-day money-back guarantee in section 3 is our own promise. It is separate from the statutory right and applies regardless of it.

You can declare withdrawal on the withdrawal page at manymanylogos.com/withdraw (also linked from your billing page), by using the model form in the annex below, or by any other clear statement sent to hello@manymanylogos.com.

6. Your licence to generated logos

When you download a logo under an active subscription, we grant you a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable and sublicensable licence to use that logo for any commercial or personal purpose, forever, including modifying it and registering it as part of your branding. We do not reuse or resell a logo you have downloaded.

7. Non-uniqueness and trademarks

AI-generated works can resemble other generated works, and AI-generated art may not be protectable by copyright or registrable as a trademark in every jurisdiction. We give no warranty of uniqueness or registrability; trademark clearance is your responsibility before adopting a mark. The AI providers we use retain no rights to reuse your brief or your generated logos for training.

8. Fair use

Generation is metered by credits shown at purchase. We may limit, suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abuse, fraud or resale of the service itself.

9. Storage and retention

Logos you generate stay in your library. On the free plan we may delete logos after 90 days without any account activity; we tell you by email before that happens once such deletion is active. Paid accounts keep everything for the life of the account.

10. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the product before they take effect. The version you accepted keeps applying to purchases made under it where the law requires.

12. Contact and governing law

The service is operated by It Matters Lda, Portugal. Portuguese law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: hello@manymanylogos.com or the contact page.
